J. Crew Blue/Green/White Striped Cotton Tee Shirt sz M

Brand new blue/green/white striped cotton tee shirt with short sleeves and tiny buttons that run 3/4 down the front. While new with tag there are several small marks under the collar that aren’t noticeable when collar is down. See pics. Tag says medium, but it measures more like a small. Measurements: pit to pit: 17.5 in. Length from shoulder to hem: 23 in.
