J. Crew Blue & White Stripe Dress 2 Fabulous long dress with vertical stripes down the skirt and horizontal diagonal stripes on top. Adjustable button straps can be worn straight or criss crossed. Petticoat style full skirt with ruffle at the bottom. Hidden back zip and hook and eye close. There are belt loops if you wanted to add a brown leather or navy satin belt but it did not come with a belt (and really doesn't need one!). This dress is outstanding and in great condition. Super flattering, comfortable and has pockets! Soft v neck and darts at bust for shape. It has also been freshly dry cleaned and is ready for you to wear!
