J Cooper shimmery pencil skirt

A unique pencil skirt with a stretchy waistband (WIN!). Horizontal stitchings, which I zoomed in on in pic 2, and sparkly silver throughout. It is about 17 inches long from waistband to bottom. Great with tights of any color in this skirt! Since I chose “pencil” as the category, I’m writing here that I would consider this between a mini and midi.
