megkimballdavis I offered 18 but since when is a size 2 XX does it say that on the shorts? If so can you measure the waist? I need a 28.5 which is always a 2 in j crew

pianodiva30 @megkimballdavis The City Fit is a low rise short so the waist measurement is 30". The rise is 8 1/2". Hope that helps! And thanks for your interest.
