It is a great go to skirt- pretty much goes with a ton of blouses Machine washable! and it comes out of a low dry cycle beautifully. The wash instructions are on the tag. Pull on - elastic band Size S If you are short like me it's a great midi - I'm 5.2 and it falls just about mid calf. Measurements: waist laying flat elastic band is 14 inches overall length 31 1/2 inches
