I measured the item because someone else is interested
It’s 9.5-10 inch from toes to heel and the thong part is about one inch allows for comfortable movement with each step I also do not have slim feet so I think it will work for you
Only letting these go because I had ankle surgery n my movement is not normal 😩
Please let me know if still interested it’s in excellent condition
