simplyquilted @cincin46 Hello, The jacket is not a relaxed fit, closer to fitted. The best way to judge is by the measurements and at the hips laying flat it is 17 1/2. It has a seam all the way around at the hips. The pockets are just below the seam. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
