J Adams Flats

Brand new in the box. Black J Adams D'orsay Flats. I own several pairs but for some reason this pair runs about a size too small. They are an 8.5 but I think fit like a 7.5/8 (I can't even get them on to know). Make me an offer...would just like to get back what I paid since I cannot return or exchange them!
