This belt is in good condition and it comes from a smoke-free home. The colors are maroon with a small blue and green stripe and the brown part is leather. There is a small scuff on the leather, but when it is buckled, the other part of the belt covers it. it measures 38 1/2 inches from end to end and it can be adjusted from 32 inches to 36 inches.
