Iz Byer gray skirt with ruffled back size 3

Iz Byer gray midi skirt with a ruffled back hem. Skirt is a size 3 and in good used condition, there is a seam inside that is open but doesn’t show when wearing, see last pic. The waist measures 13” across, hips are 17” across and the length is 20.5”.
