Ixia Polka Dot Halter Dress in Pink and White Sz 3x

Used in good condition, this is a halter dress from Ixia, bought from Modcloth at least 10 years ago. It's so cute I bought it again in size 1x. It's probably a bit small for a 3x. Waist is 20 in flat. Chest is 21 in flat and length is about 37 in. There are pockets. There is elastic on the back. The bust is padded so it could be possible to wear without a bra (I was not brave enough to try). The neck strap is removable so it could be worn as a strapless dress. Despite the color looking kinda red in photos it is actually a fuchsia or hot pink color.
