This is such a beautiful velvet mini skirt by Ivy Jane. It has an elastic waist. Just laying the skirt flat without stretching it. The waist is 15 inches. It does stretch nicely to 17 inches at the elastic waist. The length is 17 inches in the front and 18 inches in the back. This skirt has beautiful embroidered embellishment that is gray.
