mrselle Posh mark responds within 24hrs they say, perhaps we should continue to resolve the issue that way since you have stated you are certain you sent it to me though I have not received it. This way we are following protocol to get this resolved, know what I mean? I feel like I have described the item you sent to me (dark shades Lexxola brand) I could not know those details if I wasn’t sent the wrong item.

I’m just so confused as to how I mixed them up when I distinctly remember putting the ivy bag in a small box and used the right label. and the Lexxola glasses in another bigger box. in fact, the Lexxola was a purchase I made and was returning back the seller because they were scratched! I am so sorry. The only thing I can think of is not putting the right label.

mrselle Hello Giselle, apparently you sent both items to my home because I just got home and a smaller box with the bag was at my front door. Also, I received an email today from PM stating that they will refund me the money once I return the item to the seller (you), however, I will let them know that the item has arrived and I no longer need the refund. I will return the glasses to you through ups because I’m afraid if I use the free label that they sent 2 me, they will think it’s for the refund

mrselle I just sent POSH Mark customer service an email explaining the whole situation. I did let them know that I no longer need a refund and requested that they send me a secondary label that I can use to return the wrong item to you. If they can’t I will then pay for it to be returned as a courtesy. Please them a little time to respond to me and I will get back to you asap. Thanks
