Ivy & Grace Dress 18/3

The price is shipped. We are second owners, we bought it to compete in upcoming pageants, but I have decided to go with a different dress because it’s a little bigger than I’d like in her chest area. (It is too low when walking) The original owner who got the dress brand new never wore it on stage either because she did not like the color on her daughter and it was smaller than expected. I can get measurements and pictures of try on when asked.
