Women’s medium Ivy City Anastasia blue dress. This is absolutely gorgeous. It has the beautiful tulle, embroidery flowers, and beads. It has the occasional normal loose bead or thread that they often come with, but overall is in excellent condition. The tag has a little discoloration? The skirt is layered ruffles. Flowy sleeves.
