@shannonmccon764 no they are not it is cotton and rayon, there is elastic around the back of the dress though.

@shannonmccon764 from top of bust to bottom hem is 32-33 inches and the bust is 22 inches when stretched flat . When wearing , the dress is a a flowy it’s not stretchy at all.
