Ivory Silk RACHEL ZOE military shirt dress ruffled skirt belted waist NWT

Classic and cool RACHEL ZOE dress with military details on top and ruffles below the waist. NWTs originally $495 purchased in or around 2011-2012 and worn once only for a photo shoot (see photos) size 6. If you notice, I don't have the arms buttoned, because they were a bit tight then. I wore a 6 in the photos and the dress was a bit small... so I'd say it's more like an actual 4 (unless you have very slender arms -unlike me :). It's not sheer, but a slip might be necessary, however the ruffled skirt disguises any sheerness. I wore it with a red belt, but it comes with a belt in the same material and real buttons up the front to get into and out of. It's beautiful.. has some stretch. 94" SILK 6% Spandex - Lining is poly/spandex. LAYING FLAT MEASUREMENTS: Shoulders 15-1/2", Bust (at underarms) 19" (has some give/stretch and buttons can but undone as well), Waist 15", Hips 21 (more give/stretch in skirt than top), Length from waist down, 19"
