Vintage 80s Ivory Blouse Skirt and Jacket by Neo Romantic Vintage size M but fits like S. Model is 5'1" XS/S - outfit fit as shown. Skirt has back zipper and 25" waist/36" hips/ 32" long. Top measures 17.5" across underarm to underarm - max 34" bust/ 18" long. Jacket is 23" underarm to underarm, so this is oversize compared to skirt/top. Has 18" shoulders, 23" sleeve. No material content is named. Has a crinkle to it, though I did not attempt ironing after washing the outfit.
