mermaidsmom @clarecge I have your order packed & labeled but tomorrow (Mon) is a federal holiday (USPS is closed) ...and we are in the midst of an ice storm (central NC) which mayl impact shipping times (both me getting it to the post office, and them processing it). Just FYI!

mermaidsmom @clarecge Hi Clare! The item was returned to me today Tuesday Feb 1. We can only use the address you provided to Poshmark for shipping. USPS stuck a label that your forwarding has expired, so it appears your address in Poshmark is so old the PO won’t forward it. This doesn’t appear to be my fault. I can refund your purchase minus shipping cost. You can update your address and purchase again so Poshmark will produce the correct label.

mermaidsmom Update 2/1/22 - Clare I cannot refund or resend the item without Poshmark support changing the status. I’ve filed a customer service request. The firm said there may be an delay up to 11 days to respond, FYI. So frustrating for us both! Will be in touch as soon as they help. Thanks!
