rosemastellone @julietkaneyuki Thanks Julie, however, this is a stock pic from the internet. I thought he/she was adorable as well. I thought if I tell Poshers there's no negotiation on $10 items, and included this adorable doggie, they won't complain about it. Do you think this is OK? I also wanted to include a post about "love notes," as I so enjoying receiving them. I must say it's not always easy to obtain them even with the best customer service.

julietkaneyuki @rosemastellone absolutely! I'm completely on your side. new poshers don't realize PM takes 2.95 off items >$10. True even with great service, we sometimes don't get love notes. I'll try to comment, its on the way, arrived , to get a response
