Italian vintage gold cross

Vintage gold cross. It measures 10k gold when tested. It does not have a gold mark on it. There is an etched pattern on the front, plain on the back. The back is stamped ITALY which is the only mark. This has been in a family for 50 years. The color is brassy but may brighten up with polishing. Note: no chain included.
