lizab Hi could you belt it or is it empire waist? Also length is it super short

ayemimi17 @lizab hello :) the dress is a bit loose around the waist but does have form towards the center and I wear it with a belt because I enjoy a defined waist line. I'm 5'6 and feel it's a normal short dress not super short short ! feel free to ask any other questions:)
