The blazer was purchased in Rome and is size 44, which is the European equivalent of a size 4 in the US. It is in excellent condition and recently dry-cleaned. It is fully lined. Luisa Spagnoli is a well known brand in Europe (Kate Middleton has worn LS) and is coming to the US (a store has opened in Palo Alto, California). The blazer was purchased for 400 euros, but is offered for $75.
