Italian leather Chelsea boots with buckles in black size 9

Super cool and trendy black leather boots with buckles and distressed details up the sides. Listed as size 40 but fit like a US 9. Excellent condition. Bought them in Italy while in bed for walking shoes, but maker brand is not visible. Only worn for that trip as they are tight on me.
