Italian distressed crop chino

I bought these at a designer sample sale in New York City close to 15 years ago. They’ve sat in my closet since. There is no tag except the side of it which says it’s Italian size small. These are distressed khaki/chino style. They are very stylish. Waist measures, 16 inches flat. Inseam measures 20 inches.. I try to measure the best I can although I am not a seamstress
