@lyngib2222 They seem to run true to size. Measured with a flexible sewing tape measure the footbed is approximately 9.5 inches. I hope that helps! ☺️

@lyngib2222 They don’t run wide. Ball of the foot measures approximately 3.5/3.75 inches, Arch measures approx. 2 1/8 inches, Heel measures approx. 2.25 inches
