Italian Leather loafers with a wedge heel

These loafers are in great shape. Purchased in Italy but are too big on me but cannot be returned because they are from my trip to Italy. I attached inserts in the heel part which I will not remove because they are helpful USA size is between a 7.5 and 8. Wedge heel is approximately 1-1/4”.
