What size does this fit like in US sizing?

@franceshoggard Thank you for your interest! Looking at Italy to US conversion chart, it says size 8. But based on the measurements, it seems smaller than an 8. I am a size 2-4 right now and it fits me with room. Feel a 6 would fit too but fitted. I hope this helps.
In looking at it again, I did notice pink spot inside arm, will take a pic. No one would see this though.
