Interesting pattern around the band. Perfect for small bites, appetizers, etc. Pattern name might be "Napoleon." The flatware is 18/10 stainless steel and the handles are acrylic. May or may not have been used a time or two. Still in original box. Lovely, just downsizing some party/event items no longer being used. Please review all photos and ask if any questions.
