Preloved shopping is about buying items that someone else has owned (and possibly loved) before. The items may have been used (heavily or lightly) or they may be in new mint condition. Sometimes seller might missed to inform an accurate descriptions, but it doesn't mean they do it in purpose. If it doesn't have "NWT" on the listing, so don't expect you'll get "like new" condition.
