Issued and worn vintage 1950 M-1950 Army Field Jacket

This field jacket lived its life, full of history, most patches intact, the original owners name written in pen underneath the collar tag. Tears in a couple spots, the collar is split, several buttons missing. Just super full of character. The tag is faded, but it is approximately a men’s medium, sold as is. Most of the pieces in my closet lived a different kind of life before now — they lined the walls of my painting studio as sources of inspiration, bringing good energy and beautiful aesthetics into the space. Very few have ever been worn; I collected them more for their textures, colors, and forms than for practical use. Now I’m working on letting go of that (admittedly large) clothing hoard and chipping away at student loans in the process.
