Isobella & Chloe navy floral dress - size 4 Super cute. Floral embroidery pattern. Tulle detail at waist and bottom. Zipper in back. Tulle tie at back. Good pre-loved condition. Worn and washed a few of times- some normal wear and tear such as some loose threads. Some fraying of tool at bottom, as can be seen in pictures. Overall all imperfections not very noticeable
