Elasticized waist with tie string. Two pockets on sides. Side slits at outside hem. Fabric is 100% Rayon. Size says S. But please refer to my lay flat measurements for additional size information. Waist: 14” Length: 33 1/2” Inseam: 23 1/2” Rise: 10 1/2” This garment is pre-owned, but in great condition. Either very gently worn or not at all.
