This Isiz Minelli dress is a black fit & flare style with textured chiffon cups and a halter strap with attached long scarves. This is reminiscent of 1950's styles. The lace is black with a shimmery metallic design that has copper and green hues. This would be great for prom, a formal event, or even just a fancy dinner!
