mileofstyle @ladyfrancis33 yes - although it is a bit hard to measure. It has an oversize cit but then you tie it which gives a flattering fit - go as loose or tight as you want. Has great Isabel Marant draping and the fabric has a vintage crepe texture which I tried to capture in photos
