Isabel Blue Maternity Bodycon Midi Dress Cutout Front Halter Tie Strap Size XXL

Blue maternity midi dress with a front cutout by Isabel. It has a top band with a cutout just below the bust. The top band has ruching in the middle that can be adjusted by the tie strings and a sticky strip band along the top front. The bottom of the cutout (or top of the skirt portion) has an elastic band. This dress is a strapless style but it has thin spaghetti strap halter ties that originate from the center front. There is flattering ruching on the sides, a bottom side slit on the left side, and a horizontal seam down the center of the back. It is NEW, with tags. Size XXL. It is made of 57% cotton, 38% polyester, and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron.
