This vintage piece is from the mid 90s. Signed by Isabel Bloom (see photo). No chips, cracks, or breaks. May have some spots - or it may be part of the piece. I am not sure since I got this from the thrift store. Check photos to make sure you will be happy with the piece please. This is a thrifted item. I know nothing of its previous home. I do not know if it was in a smoke or pet free home. I am smoke-free free, but I do have cats.
