question. what's up with the bubbling up near the top back of the shoes? is it separating or breaking down? worried about it rubbing and causing blisters because I am a diabetic. If it can be fixed by shoemaker. Hard to find rubber bottom shoes . thanks so much. don't mean to be a pain

@ladygray59 hi! I added two new photos. Same heel height. They have barely ever been worn.
There is nothing wrong with the inside heel either.
