Irregular Choice Polka Dot black and white lace up shoes size 40

Irregular Choice black and white polka dot lace up shoes size 40. According to the Irregular Choice chart a 40 = US 9 but I wear a 7 and I think these are more like a 7.5 maybe a small 8. Inside measurement approx 10 inches. Heel 4. These are in very good condition other than a couple of nicks on one of the heels as shown. Smoke free home.
