Iron Fist Skull Maxi Dress Size L NWOT

This dress is NWOT and was never worn. The tag fell off when I tried it on. This dress is somewhat stretchy but I feel it fits small. Noticed a spot at the bottom of the dress on one of the skulls. See pic. Please see measurements. Approximate Measurements: Pit to pit: 19" Hips: 20" Length: 51" Comes from a smoke-free, cat friendly home.
