okao21 @leslie_kim hey love, this is a dress in my shop, it's a 2-4 and it's 36" from the shoulder to the hem... I took a picture of it with the measuring tape.

leslie_kim @okao21 i am 5'10 - a 27 jean , i bounce between sizes . their dresses are usually so short on me - their skirts i am a 38 or 40 tops a 36. b/c they are so loose and flowing
