@katmarlew My area had 2 snow storms Wednesday and friday the snow just now melting but ups is refusing to deliver in the snow. I haven't got any mail for almost about a week now, I'm going to the post office tomorrow to pick up packages because another one of my poshmark purchases is up there also.

@bartinabarker They are but if you are a true size 40 you need a 39 1/2 in these. If you a 40 1/2 these will fit. Also, I think they will fit if you have wider feet. Mines are narrow so these are half size too big.
