I’m so sorry for the delay, I broke my phone screen and couldn’t check or respond to poshmark until it was repaired :( if you’re still interested, the shorts lay flat at 13” (26” around) and can stretch to up to 20” (40” around). So they could definitely fit a variety of sizes! 😊
