marshasoens @bridgetelyse 32 is across the shoulders, but I measured the chest area and it was 17" across from armpit to armpit. Not sure what you want to go by. I can't actually fit in it. I am 5'8" and 140...my daughter was going to wear it and she is 5'6 and 110 lbs. Hope this helps! 😬

bridgetelyse ok! it sounds like it may be a bit long for me, in the sleeves mainly. I'm only 5'1 and 90 pounds. so I need it to be pretty tiny :(
