countryroads1 Have you tested putting 190 degree coffee in this? Do the gems stay in place? I personally know if you put coffee in this type of cup it’s too hot to pick up with bare hands.

kerpa313 @april_0604 I have made one for myself and haven’t had a problem with it (I use a keurig and steep my tea into it). I use e-6000 which has been cured! It is resistant up to 180°F, I can include an excerpt from their website! The stones seem to almost create a barrier between the hot cup and your hand. As long as your putting hot water into the cup, and not heating the cup itself up (like, don’t put it in the microwave for instance) you shouldn’t have any problems!
