Brand new with tags and effortless striped halter dress. Perfect for Spring - Fall wear! Simply swap out the sandals for tights and boots and you’re good to go! There is a small discoloration on the front top of the dress (as shown in photo) I purchased the dress like that...the store said it should come out in the wash.
