I bought this on posh. I didn't see that the sterling silver has a lot of scratches in the pictures. I'm too picky. There's also a small spot on the quartz where there's a dark mark. I don't see it. But I try to be as factual as possible. Fair condition, wearable, the scratches may not bother you on the sterling. Stone very large. Ippolita size 7
