Iora Gray Black Lined Short Knee Length Skirt Small XS

Washed, never worn! The skirt is lined with a side zipper. There is a care tag but it doesn’t list the material. I would guess it’s a cotton blend with a nylon lining. Skirt is Flowy and ruffly when worn. Size is Small but would also fit an XS Waist 12.75” Length 19.5” Please ask all questions prior to purchase for a pleasant transaction, thanks!
