Ion 3RV Hair Dye Demi-Permanent and Permanent Set

I put this together with 1 tube of permanent hair color and 1 tube of Demi-permanent hair color for touch ups or to go over previously dyed hair. The brand is Ion Color Brilliance and the color is 3RV Burgundy Brown. Developer is not included, but the Demi requires 10 volume and the permanent can be paired with 10 or 20 volume based on your needs. This brand has great grey coverage and is PPD free!
