True to size. Pretty heavily worn but has a lot of life left. This is a heavy weight shirt with very little stretch. There are no holes or peeling in the graphic but it is cracking throughout the whole design. It's been like that for a long time but I also haven't worn it in almost a decade. I bought this from hot topic around 2006 so it's almost 20 years old. It will probably be fairly wrinkled from storage. I cut the tag off a long time ago but I promise it's a small.
